Pet Care Specialist

This rewarding position requires good customer service skills and knowledge of or a willingness to learn about canine body language and group play—not to mention a love for animals. Responsibilities include feeding, Cleaning, monitoring the pets, and ensuring safe play.
Receptionist
The outstanding customer experience at Bed Bath n’ Bonz Inc. begins with our receptionists. This front desk position directly communicates with clients and their pets. The goal is to make all our guests (human and pet) feel right at home the moment they walk in the door. Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers and their pets, check ins and check outs, answering phones and more.
By answering client calls, Receptionists provide the information and details pet parents need to customize their pet’s perfect stay at Bed Bath n’ Bonz Inc. Must have excellent communication skills, phone manners, and a drive for organization and great customer service.
Bather
This important role makes sure our furry guests return home smelling sweet and looking beautiful. Our team of Bathers ensure each pet receives a thorough and comfortable spa experience. No prior experience is necessary, but a love for dogs is a must!
Groomer
Groomers provide our furry guests with trims and haircuts. Our grooming salon is outfitted with professional equipment including hydraulic tables. If you are an experienced groomer, we look forward to speaking with you.
Dog Trainer
At Bed Bath n’ Bonz Inc., we believe the most powerful bond with your dog relies on good training. We want to bring pet parents and their dogs closer than ever with clear communication, education, and positive-based training techniques. This position works closely with both dogs and their parents.
